Cancellation Policy

At Dandelion Joy Pedi Services LLC, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Deposit Requirement: A $20 deposit is required to book an appointment.
  • Cancellation Policy: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, or fail to show up, your $20 deposit will be forfeited.
  • Timely Cancellations: Appointments canceled with more than 24 hours’ notice will have the deposit credited toward your next appointment or refunded upon request.
  • Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, and the deposit may be forfeited depending on schedule availability.

We understand that emergencies happen, and exceptions may be made at our discretion. Your understanding and cooperation help us provide the best experience to all clients.
